If you need an adjustment service, they are free within 2 weeks from your original appointment. If a refund is requested, our policy is: Reach out and schedule an in-person assessment with your stylist within 2 weeks of your service. You must come into the salon, so we can see the problem in person. If you received an adjustment at a different salon or cannot stop by so we can see your hair, we will not refund your services.
